CUSTOM GANG SHEETS
Upload your pre-built (ready to print) high resolution (300dpi) gang sheet as a transparent png. Can be used for a single image or add multiple images as a gang sheet as long as it fits in the selected print area. Please be aware fine lines and small details smaller that 4 pixels are not suitable for Color Extreme Transfers. Also, due to the need for a white underbase on all designs, fade to transparent backgrounds do not print well with transfers. The use of halftones may be needed
Please check all artwork closely.
ALL artwork will print just as uploaded.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
310 Degrees Fahrenheit
Heavy Pressure
Pre-Press for 10 Seconds
Press Transfer for 10 Seconds
Peel warm or cold, if you have fine lines or problematic material let transfer cool and peel cold.
If you have a cooling plate (aka Chiller) use it and peel after
2nd Press for 10 Sec. w/ cover sheet
Test Print & Wash Sample Prior to Production.

Please do adequate testing with the provided samples before doing final application on customer garments. We are NOT responsible for application errors. Adjustment to the time and temperature may be necessary depending on the environment and the potential humidity levels. If any issues arise with your transfers please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
